Tank Car Running Repairs — Current Scope
Alleanza Rail currently performs all standard running repairs on tank cars — including brake systems, coupler and draft gear, trucks, safety appliances, handbrakes, and stenciling — in full compliance with FRA and AAR Interchange Rules. Tank car body repairs, pressure component service, and qualification maintenance (valves, fittings, interior linings, shell repairs) require fixed-shop AAR M-1002 certification and are not currently performed in the field. These services will be available once Alleanza Rail's fixed shop locations are operational. Fixed repair facilities are in development — announcements coming soon.
Alleanza Rail's mobile units are currently deployed in Alabama and Georgia, with active expansion across the Gulf Coast region and the broader Southeast. We operate along the NS, BNSF, and CSX main line corridors — positioned to respond quickly to industrial facilities, plant sidings, and rail yards across the region.
We come to your car. If your equipment is bad-ordered on a siding, in a plant, or at an interchange point, we can mobilize a field team directly to that location.
