Alleanza Rail provides industrial railcar switching, mechanical repair, track maintenance and demurrage advisory services. Our corporate office is at 2231 20th Avenue South, Suite 100, Birmingham, AL 35223. This policy explains what we collect through alleanzarail.com and what we do with it.

We only collect information you enter into a form on this site. We do not require you to create an account.

Free Demurrage Savings Assessment request:

• Your name, business email address and phone number
• Company name and facility location
• Operational details you choose to share: current switching provider, monthly railcar volume, and approximate annual demurrage spend

Contact form:

• Your name, email address and the message you write

Treat these forms as business contact channels. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, payment details or confidential third-party data through them.

We use the information you submit to:

• Prepare and deliver the assessment or response you requested
• Contact you about your enquiry and our services
• Operate, secure and improve this website
• Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

To understand how people find and use this site so we can improve it, we use analytics tools that set cookies and store identifiers (for example in your browser's local storage) and automatically collect technical and usage information — such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how long you stay and how far you scroll, your approximate location, the site that referred you, campaign (UTM) parameters, and basic device and browser details.

Commtrex Signal

We use a visitor-analytics pixel provided by Commtrex (www.commtrex.com). Alongside the usage data above, Commtrex uses the IP address of a visit to identify the company or organization it is likely associated with (business / firmographic identification). This tells us which businesses are interested in our services; it is not used to determine your personal identity.

PostHog — product analytics and session replay

We use PostHog, hosted for us by Commtrex at analytics.commtrex.com, for product and click analytics, heatmaps, and session recording (session replay). Session recording reconstructs how a visitor interacts with a page — mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — so we can find and fix usability problems. We configure it to mask the text entered into form fields, so the specific values you type are not captured in recordings.

This automatically-collected information is technical and business usage data, used only to operate, secure and improve the site. We do not sell it.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data through their settings, and you can ask us to stop analytics processing associated with you by emailing info@alleanzarail.com. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from reading this site or submitting a form.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our website host (Vercel), our email and form-delivery provider, and our analytics provider Commtrex (which also hosts the PostHog analytics described above) — and only so far as they need it to perform that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep enquiry and assessment records for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations, after which we delete them or remove identifying details.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@alleanzarail.com.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or, for residents of the UK and European Economic Area, the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation. We honour these requests regardless of where you are located. We will not discriminate against you for making one.

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
